A Time To Shift!

December 2017, was one of the scariest years of my life. For the first time at the age of twenty-nine I moved to another city and state on my own. That same year I just returned from serving on my first mission trip out of the country in Rwanda and two weeks before I moved I released my first book entitled, “My Truth the Birthing”. Talk about shifting! God placed me in an amazing position that caused my mind to be wowed and I embraced the process and left everything and everyone I knew with no job, no furniture, just a word from the Lord and my items from my then one bedroom apartment in a three hundred square foot apartment.
It was scary but at the same time I had the faith and support that I needed to move without regret and I never looked back. Nearly three years later I am amazed at the progress and growth that has taken place. I have never been more confident that the same God that allowed me to overcome so many struggles and insecurities is the same God that helps and encourages my brothers and sisters all over the world. This is not the time to be sad and weary in well doing. He is Jehovah Jireh, the lord that provides.
Isaiah 41:31 states, “But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint”.
Here and now and forever the Lord has been faithful. He is just, forgiving and full of grace. His mercy is good and everlasting. As I look at the time we are in now I have so much peace. Why? Great question, the Lord is the same, today and forevermore. Simply put, God hasn’t changed and neither has his word or his promises.

In this time and in the condition of the world he continues to smile down from heaven and love upon his sons and daughters. Now is the time he desires to get closer and intimate with his children. In times past and even now the Lord has desired our time, love, will, heartache, focus and anything that gets in the way of our view of him. In his presence is where we find him.
Proverbs 25:2 states, “it is the glory of God to conceal a thing but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.”
In this day and age we find so many things that causes us to get distracted and our minds focus on the things that don’t really matter and causes us to get off track. God desires us to live a life that pleases him and fulfills purpose. Our ultimate goal is to live our best lives in the best way possible that is pleasing too the lord.
Now is the perfect time and opportunity to get closer to him. Our close father and friend just wants to be with us and our greatest desire.
One of my favorite books of the Bible is the Song of Solomon, because it describes beautifully an amazing foundation and creates an example of our intimacy with the father. I pray that you open your heart in a greater capacity that not only is available to the Lord but surrendered.
Let this be the time and moment that causes new endurance, faith, courage and endurance to arise out of you in a new way.
Love,
